East-WestLAB brings together sports, fitness, arts, STEAM, enrichment, job skills, mentorship, and counseling into a single coordinated ecosystem for Baltimore youth ages 11–24 — community-driven and built around real lives.
East-WestLAB programs aren’t isolated activities — they’re connected pathways. A young person might start in a sports league, find a mentor, join a STEAM lab, earn a certification, and step into a paid internship, all within one coordinated alliance. Explore all eight program areas below.
