From sports leagues and STEAM labs to mentorship, counseling, and paid internships — East-WestLAB programs are connected pathways designed to help youth ages 11–24 build character, skills, and a clear bridge to the future.
East-WestLAB programs aren’t isolated activities — they’re connected pathways. A young person might start in a sports league, find a mentor, join a STEAM lab, earn a certification, and step into a paid internship, all within one coordinated alliance. Explore the pillars and featured cohorts below.
